Explosion-Proof Lithium Battery

Explosion-proof mining lithium batteries are special lithium-ion batteries designed for flammable and explosive environments such as mines and tunnels. Through material optimization, structural reinforcement and multiple safety protection mechanisms, they ensure safe and stable operation in high-risk scenarios such as gas and dust.

  •  Explosion-proof housing: Made of 304 stainless steel or V0 flame-retardant engineering plastics, IP68 sealing is achieved through laser welding, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can withstand 1-meter water immersion and 1.2-meter drop impact.
  • Intelligent BMS: Real-time monitoring of voltage, temperature, and current, triggering three-level protection of over voltage/under voltage/over temperature (alarm → current limiting → power off), and supporting CAN bus remote transmission of fault data.
  • It has passed MA coal mine safety certification, IECEx international explosion-proof certification and ATEX standards, and complies with GB 3836.1 explosive environment requirements.
  • The operating temperature range is -40℃~65℃, which is suitable for low temperature, high humidity and dusty environment underground. It is widely used in explosion-proof electric locomotives, mining headlamps, gas monitors and other equipment.
